Crocker Law is a dynamic, capable and experienced woman-owned firm helmed by Kinna Crocker.
Kinna is a level-headed nationally recognized attorney who uses compassion and innovation to help clients with unique needs. She provides full-service legal representation in all matters relating to family formation (adoption, surrogacy), dissolution of marriage and domestic partnerships, and disputes involving unmarried/unregistered couples.
Kinna Crocker has a long list of experiences to her credit. She currently chairs the LGBTQI Law Section of the Sonoma County Bar Association and is a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association Family Law Section, Mental Health Liaison Committee, Family Law Institute of the National LGBT Bar Association, and Sonoma County Women in Law. She is also on the Advisory Board of LifeWorks, a nonprofit dedicated to providing mental health services in Sonoma County.
In 2013, she went so far as to develop cutting edge legal theories to secure a posthumous marriage license that allowed a widow to collect spousal benefits that would otherwise have been denied. She not only practices law; she influences it.
